1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all premium subscriptions (monthly and yearly plans). If you're not satisfied with Resume AI Pro for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase - no questions asked.

This applies to all first-time purchases. Simply contact us within 14 days and we'll process your refund promptly.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for:

  • Any purchase made within the last 14 days
  • Both monthly and yearly subscriptions
  • First-time purchases and renewals

Note: Refund requests made after 14 days from the purchase date cannot be processed. Please ensure you cancel before your renewal date if you don't wish to continue.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at hello@erasemark.com
  2. Include your account email and order number
  3. Provide a brief reason for the refund request (optional but helpful)
  4. We will process your request within 2-3 business days

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • Processing: 2-3 business days to approve
  • Credit Card: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Subscription Cancellation

How to Cancel:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Settings → Subscription
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm cancellation

Important Notes:

  • You must cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged
  • After cancellation, you can continue using premium features until the end of your billing period
  • Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund unless within the 14-day window

6. Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds for:

  • Unused portion of a subscription period
  • Downgrading from yearly to monthly
  • Features not used during your subscription

7. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us first:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • We will dispute the chargeback with evidence of service delivery
  • You may be liable for chargeback fees

Please contact us first – we're happy to resolve any issues and process legitimate refunds quickly.

8. Account Access After Refund

Once a refund is processed:

  • Your premium subscription will be cancelled immediately
  • You will be downgraded to the free plan
  • Your resume data will be retained for 30 days
  • You can re-subscribe at any time

9. Special Circumstances

We may consider refund requests outside the 14-day window in exceptional circumstances:

  • Extended service outages
  • Billing errors on our part
  • Medical or personal emergencies

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
